Tennis Teams At University of North Florida InvitationalJacksonville, Florida - The B-CU men's and women's tennis teams competed in the University of North Florida Invitational last weekend on the UNF campus. The highlight for Coach Trey Bogue and his teams were Yannick and Kip Jackson reaching the consolation doubles finals losing 8-3 in the finals. B-CU competed with some top Division I teams with UNF, Florida Gulf Coast, JU, FAMU,Mercer, East Tennessee State,Samford, Troy of Alabama and Belmont all competing in the three-day event. [+] 9/28/09

Tennis Teams At HBCU Nationals In AtlantaThe men's and women's B-CU tennis teams will compete this weekend at the HBCU National Tournament in Atlanta (Sept. 24-27). 'Cats Women's Tennis Team Earns All-Academic Team HonorsThe Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) named the men's and women's academic All-American teams and individuals for the 2008-2009 school year recently. The B-CU women's team was named to the ITA acdemic honor teams list (for teams with 3.20 or higher -GPA on a 4.0 scale). Five B-CU individuals also earned All-ITA academic honors (3.5 GPA or higher), Eva Hankova, Stacey Lopez, Monika Musilova, Jeneice Ward, and Kristofer Martin. [+]
