Feb. 23, 2007 Daytona Beach, Fla. - Bethune-Cookman College men's and women's golf is preparing for their annual event this weekend with the Bethune-Cookman Spring Invitational hosted at the Indigo Lakes Resort in Daytona Beach, Fla. The Wildcats have hosted the event for the past five years, and look for another positive showing as the women took second place and the men took home top honors. The event will take place at the Indigo Lake Resort with a Par 72 course with a sizeable yardage - 6,772 (men) / 5,913 (women). Other participating schools will be fellow MEAC [Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference] institutions Florida A&M, Hampton, South Carolina State and newest member Winston-Salem State.
