#5 Albert Abrahams: "He's the best skilled big player we've ever had here at B-CU. He has good feet, good hands and he will solidify the inside for us on offense and defense. He is making the other post players (Kene and Tyrel) better with their work in practices and work outs. He can hit the 15-foot jump shot and is very light on his feet, you don't realize he is that big (320 pounds). In crunch time, he solidifies us on the inside."

Why did you choose B-CU? "My high school coach attended B-CU. It is a great school and we are trying to win and become better students too."

If You Were Putting Together a 5-on-5 pickup game with any basketball players in the world - who would be your teammates (not any current B-CU Players)? " LeBron James, Shaq, Kobe and J.J. Reddick because they all know how to win."

Who has been an instrumental person in your life and why? "My Father. He has done his best to raise me as a single parent. He has told me never to give up."

After B-CU? "I plan on working for the FBI."

Junior - Center - 6-9 - 320

Miami, Florida - Norland High School - Indian River Community College

2008-2009 At Indian River CC - Abrahams averaged 12 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists and 1.8 blocks, shooting 70% from the field. His field goal percentage last season ranked number one in the state community college ranks. Indian River was 20-11 last year and Albert was team Co-MVP.

At Norland High School - former teammate of B-CU's Jerry Jones, and they led Norland High to the 6A State Championship team in 2006. Albert averaged double figures points and rebounds for Norland as a senior.
