Bethune-Cookman junior-to-be-catcher in 2010-2011 Peter O'Brien, is leading Team USA in home runs through the opening 14 games of their US, Japan, and Taiwan tour of games. O'Brien is hitting .346 (9-26) with four home runs and 10 RBI starting eight games for Team USA at catcher. Team USA (12-2) and O'Brien continue the tour of games into early August. The U.S. team will play a five-game series against Korea before squaring off against a Japanese Collegiate All-Star Team in a one-game, international friendship competition in Omaha's Rosenblatt Stadium on July 21. From there, the team will travel to Taipei, Taiwan for a four-game series against Chinese Taipei at Tien-Mu Stadium beginning July 25. B-CU's MEAC Player of the Year catcher Peter O'Brien (20 HRs in 2010) will be one of two catchers on the USA national team.
